First autonomuos flight SmartOne flew for 20 minutes on its maiden flight. Still a bit of tuning needed, but it was a good flight.
Swedish Forest Agency acquires 2 SmartOne
The Swedish Forestry Agency acquires 2 SmartOnes systems with 2 UAVs each intended for use in forest management projects and other activities. One system will be in a local office in southern sweden and the other in the north. The operators got a training course in flight and uav operations.
German Aviation Authority gives thumbs up
SmartOne conforms to the requirements in Luftverkehrs gesetz (Law for air traffic) and Luftverkehrs ordnung (Rules for air traffic) for opertion in Germany.
